Sometimes patrons have trouble when typing passwords on the public PCs. This happens when the number lock is off and they use the number keypad on the keyboard. If the number lock is off, the number keypad is inactive. When it's on, there will be a green light on the upper right of the keyboard. To turn it on, press the Num Lock key in the upper left of the number keypad.

The number keys directly above the letter keys always work, but not all patrons use them.
