We’ve run into a problem when attaching files to e-mail messages on the new Dells in the lab. An error message states that the operation could not be completed because of the security restrictions on the computer. Despite this message, we were able to attach the files. But when we tried to view them, we got the same error message and could not view the files.

Try using another browser, such as Firefox or Netscape. This problem occurs when using Internet Explorer, which tries to open a new window when displaying attachments. We may be able to loosen the security settings but, for now, use this workaround.
