Searching Google Groups

If an error message appears on your computer screen that you don't understand, a search of the Google Groups may help. Go to Google and click on the Groups tab. Type the text of the error message in the search box. It may help to type a "plus" sign in front of each word. Your search will bring up an archive of discussion groups that have talked about the problem.
