The browser on the public PCs, Personal Web Browser, has been upgraded. It now has a Print Preview feature that allows patrons to adjust the margins on web pages and to see how many pages will be printed.

To preview a web page before printing, click the Preview button on the browser’s tool bar or go the File menu and select Print Preview.
A new window will appear showing what the printed page will look like.
Drag the page margins by clicking and holding on the small boxes on the upper left and right corners.

The Zoom In and Zoom Out buttons do not apply to the printed page. They are only for viewing what’s on the screen.

There is also a Page Setup button on the preview screen that allows the patron to select landscape or portrait.

Paper size is limited to Letter only.

The Source should stay at Automatically Select.

To return to the browser, click the X in the upper right corner.
