The security restrictions on Dells 1 and 3 in the lab are causing some problems. This will be remedied soon, but in the meantime, here are some workarounds.

• Use Firefox instead of Internet Explorer. You can find it in the Start menu. It's not on the desktop.


• Switch the patron to another Dell, either 2 or 4. They don't have the same restrictions.


• If the patron is clicking a link in an e-mail message, try opening a new browser window and copying the URL into the location bar. You won't be able to do this by going the File menu because there isn't one. Instead, minimize the browser window, then open a new browser window by double-clicking the desktop icon. This will start another browser session.
