Troubleshooting Your Wireless Network

Wireless routers and modems have reset features that can help you fix networking problems. If you're having a connection problem with your network, try resetting your network. Turn everything off; the computer, the router, the access point if you have one, and your cable of DSL modem. Wait a few minutes, then turn them back on in the order that data would flow from the Internet; the modem first, then the router or access point and finally the computer.
