Sorry that it's been two weeks since my last post, but I was laid up with a wicked sinus infection. Ugh. But I'm feeling much better now and will try to get back to regular posting. Here's some news about Microsoft's AntiSpyware program.

Microsoft has updated its free AntiSpyware program. You can download it here. Check the system requirements before you download it. It only works with Windows 2000, NT, and XP. In addition to scanning your computer for spyware, it can monitor a wireless network and restore your Internet Explorer toolbars and settings if they get altered.

There are many types of spyware and no program can detect them all. Here are two more free programs to help find and delete spyware: Ad-Aware and Spybot. Keep them updated and run each once a week.
